Returns

Bespoke and engraved items cannot be returned to Zoe Green Casting.  This includes all casts, as these are made specifically for you to your personal requirements.  Please make sure your design and engraving instructions are correct when ordering.  These items are special orders, which means that the pieces will be made or customised specially for you. Because of this, these casts cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

Cancellation

If you realise you have made an error and want to cancel your order, please contact us.  It may be too late to cancel the order should the item already be in production.
